2023 Mercedes-Benz GLB vs 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC
Serving Milwaukee, WI
The Mercedes-Benz GLB and GLC are smaller luxury crossovers loaded with style and premium features. While these two-row crossovers stand next to each other in the 2023 lineup, they are distinctive from front to rear. Our Mercedes-Benz of Milwaukee North associates are ready to help you uncover their notable differences as well as their similarities.
The Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 is the entry-level trim for the 2023 model year. Its 2.0-liter turbo, four-cylinder engine produces an impressive 221 horsepower. This system includes an eight-speed auto, dual-clutch transmission, and front-wheel drive. However, 4MATIC® all-wheel drive is available. In comparison, the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 is offered with three sub-trims. The GLC 300 is loaded with a 255-horsepower, four-cylinder, turbo 2.0-liter engine. Both rear-wheel and 4MATIC® all-wheel drive options are available. All GLC 300 crossovers have a nine-speed auto transmission.
The 2023 GLB 250 expresses its grandeur and confidence through its tall, arched profile and elegantly contoured sides. Black molding lines the doors’ lower portion, extending across the front and rear bumpers. The wide grille features a large logo that links with diamond-like, LED-wrapped headlights. The 2023 GLC 300, on the other hand, shows off stronger curves over its profile and features chrome accentuation across its lower perimeter. While the sides are smooth like the GLB 250’s sides, they swell over the back haunches. The wide grille has a chrome surround and a horizontal chrome bar that holds the logo. The headlights also stand out with solid and segmented LED bars running along the top.
The GLB 250 and the GLC 300 are outfitted with many of the same high-end features. Some of the features available in both of these luxury crossovers are a push-button ignition, a hands-free liftgate, the MBUX infotainment system, a touch control pad, multiple USB-C ports, a blind-spot warning, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto®, synthetic leather upholstery, voice recognition, infotainment system screen, and a digital instrumentation display screen. The GLC 300 is also available with a household-style power outlet, a wireless charging pad, a larger central display screen, and an automated parking system.
