Serving Milwaukee, WI

The GLB is one of two subcompact crossover SUVs available in the Mercedes-Benz lineup, and it boasts numerous updates for the 2024 model year. The 2024 GLB is available with an optional third row. Its three trim levels are the GLB 250, the GLB 250 4MATIC®, and the AMG® GLB 35. The improvements for the 2024 model year touch all trim levels.

Performance

Both the GLB 250 and the GLB 250 4MATIC® have an all-new mild-hybrid, four-cylinder, turbo 2.0-liter engine. This system features an eight-speed auto, dual-clutch transmission. The 250 has front-wheel drive, and the GLB 250 4MATIC® has 4MATIC® all-wheel drive. In the AMG® GLB 35, a high-performance variation of the turbocharged four-cylinder engine is offered in the lower trim levels. This system has the same transmission and 4MATIC® all-wheel drive, generating 302 horsepower. The AMG® GLB 35 also has steering wheel paddle shifters, an adaptive suspension, and several Dynamic Select drive modes.

Appearance

Both the interior and exterior of the 2024 GLB have a modernized look. The exterior boasts revamped headlights and taillights. Both are larger and show off LED accent ribbons. The grille has been reshaped and is styled with a chrome crossbar and a starry mesh pattern. The lower-front fascia is also designed with reshaped air vents that flank the black bumper. Inside, the dashboard has multi-colored ambient lights as well as an expansive display screen that links the infotainment system display and the driver’s digital instruments.

Features

All trim levels now have the updated MBUX infotainment system software. The AMG® GLB 35 trim comes with a standard heated steering wheel for the first time. The many other optional and standard features available in the GLB are found in both model years. Some of these are a premium audio system, leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, a premium sound system, a surround-view camera, gesture control, evasive steering assistance, augmented video with a navigation system, adaptive cruise control, a multi-function steering wheel, parking assistance, reclining and sliding rear seats, a power liftgate, heated seats, a push-button ignition, and others.
