The 2026 Mercedes-AMG® C 43 makes 416 horsepower; the AMG® C 63 S E PERFORMANCE makes 671. Both use a handcrafted 2.0-liter turbo with motorsport-derived electrification. See the performance specs below, then view our AMG® C-Class inventory.

The Mercedes-AMG® C 43 reinvents the four-cylinder with a handcrafted 2.0-liter turbo and an electric exhaust-gas turbocharger, a design drawn straight from Formula 1®. A small electric motor spins the turbo instantly, so there is no lag before the engine surges. Supported by a 48-volt starter-generator, it makes 416 horsepower and 369 lb-ft, drives all four wheels through AMG® Performance 4MATIC®, and reaches 60 mph in about 4.3 seconds, when properly equipped. Full figures are listed on the AMG® C 43 page at Mercedes-Benz USA.

The AMG® C 63 S E PERFORMANCE is the strongest C-Class ever. It pairs the handcrafted 2.0-liter turbo with a 150 kW electric motor on the rear axle, fed by a 6.1 kWh high-performance battery, for a combined 671 horsepower and 752 lb-ft. With AMG® Performance 4MATIC® all-wheel drive and standard rear-axle steering, it sprints to 60 mph in about 3.3 seconds, when properly equipped, and you can review the official numbers on the AMG® C 63 S E PERFORMANCE page.
Both AMG® models channel an AMG® SPEEDSHIFT® MCT nine-speed transmission and adjustable drive programs, so they relax for a calm commute through Glendale and sharpen for a spirited drive or a track day. Inside, you still get the C-Class cabin technology, supportive sport seats, and daily usability, which means this performance does not force you to give up a comfortable everyday car. For the full lineup, see our 2026 C-Class research hub, then check current AMG® C-Class availability.
On the road, the AMG® C 43 rewards daily driving with sharp turn-in and a planted, all-wheel-drive feel, while the C 63 S E PERFORMANCE uses its rear-axle electric motor to fill in torque instantly and can creep on electric power at low speeds. Both ride on an AMG®-tuned suspension, wear staggered performance wheels and high-performance brakes, and add AMG®-specific exhaust tuning and interior detailing. The result is a compact sedan that handles a Glendale commute on Monday and a track day on Saturday without changing cars.
